Motivating to inspire individuals in their own role and make sure they feel valued. Mentoring team aligned to company culture and principles. Supporting, listening, rewarding.

How do you prioritise and address competing demands and priorities at the Bank?

The team’s expertise and collaborative efforts with IT and other departments are essential to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of cash transactions. We rely on robust monitoring and control processes to detect and correct problems, with an emphasis on human oversight. Automation drives efficiency, but the adaptability and dedication of staff ensure consistent performance despite industry changes.

Personally speaking, it gives me great pleasure to lead a group of individuals that form a team and strive to achieve goals.
Maybe it is my competitive nature that pushes me to want to achieve the optimum functioning of a team. Also my sense of pride to ensure the team I am involved in provides the best service we can to our clients, colleagues and business partners.
